Tom Tom One / Nav Tech Destinator maps

Have just brought a Tom Tom One, but have been given a pair of (Navtech) Destinator CD's that contain maps for Western Europe.

Can anyone tell me if the two are in any way compatible ( can I copy the European Destinator maps to a new SD card and use them in the Tom Tom)????
Is it possible to use them with a little adjusting, or is it a complete non starter.

Please forgive me if this info is available on the site somewhere, but I have spent a while trolling through the pages & have not come up with anything yet.
