Splash Screens

HI Navplate,

I've taken a look at your site and it looks good. Here is some constructive feedback for you.

One question - what's to stop somebody from stealing my GO and just replacing the splash screen for the standard one?

I'm just wondering what benefit having the splash screen provides me? are there any other services you are providing me when I purchase this?

Also I noticed that there are a lot of advertisements on your finished product - I personally would not purchase something with that many advertisements on.... and 5.95 seems a little expensive for something like this with advertisements....

Have you considered having an option with no adverts at 5.95 and having a cheaper sponsored version?

Also you are asking for my insurance renewal date which I assume you are selling on to Direct Line - is there an option to opt out of this?

The Navplate splash screen is not permanent and with a pc and cable can be replaced.

The splash screen is a visual deterrent only.

The police recover a large amount of stolen tom-toms that are not security marked and are often hampered by their inability to identify the lawful owner of the property

btw.. both the images I posted above for the Astra and the Micra are jpg files. You need to save them as .bmp files to work on ur Tom Tom; named "splash.bmp".
