X7 with TT5

Has anyone managed to configure their X7 to work with TT5? Mine worked perfectly with TT3 but just wont work with version 5. I have the config setups, downloaded Vs5.10. When I config the GPS settings , the bluetooth and GPS lights illuminate on the X7 and then go off, 5 secs later they come on and the go off again.

It would be good to hear if someone has got this working and its only my incompetence that is delaying things!

My Rikaline connects fine in Tomtom 5.1 However did have huge problems with Tomtom 5.0. However with Tomtom 5.1 it doesn't seem to update very often, made once every 10-15 seconds which can be a real pain! However not sure if thats down to Tomtom, or my PDA.

Thnaks Lurch, I have finally got mine working now and I dont have the update problem however it does take a long time to get a first lock (upto 10 mins) but once its locked on it works fine! It make me laugh how we all use the same equipment but it all works differently for us - they must have a mind of their own!
