Can i sell my 2005 Uk Map

Like a lot of people i rushout out and bought the 2005 tomtom map of the UK on SD Card.

There was no need to activate it, just copied the data onto my 1gb card, and off i went (no activation code supplid etc)

I have recently bought the complete maps of western europe, so the map of UK on the SD Card is of no use (a hastey upgrade i admit)

Am i OK selling my SD Card (origional 256mb Card) with the 2005 UK maps on? I presume that it wont need activating on another device (i cant see tomtom programming each SD Card they send out with the codes already) or will the upgrade map simply not work, or am i breaking the licence agreement, even though i have purchased maps of western europe and therefore have 2 copies in essence of the UK 2005 map?
