Hi

I just got a Emtac Crux II gps, which I would like to interface with my iPaq 3970. I am not sure how to go about doing this. Please give me some information. I am a newbie to this, but would like to do this.

Thanks in advance

best regards,

Hi

First thing to do is setup the gps with your Bluetooth Manager on the Ipaq, where you turn on BT, you should see another option as BT Manager - select this & follow the instructions........suggest you turn on the gps and get a sat fix first (blue & green lights both flashing).

Once BT Manager has your gps (small icon), you also have to pair or bond the gps while in BT Manager & enter a passkey number supplied.

Sounds complicaed but is real easy in practice....
