Transonic PNA

Hi ... i have just purchased a used Transonic PNA with the 3 original disks... There was however no mem card in it. I have put a 256 meg card inrecently. When i try and do a fresh full install of the software as per the instructions it starts installing and after 3-4 seconds stops. I get a screen saying APPLICATION SOFTWARE NOT INSTALLED. I have tried installing several times after resets but keep getting this same screen message.. Am i doing things right .. ? .. Please help.... thanks

ive got the same prob i also have a medion pna150 which works fine i tried copying the data on the sd card to another one and put it in the transonic and it went to load the software then said application software not installed i rang up medion and they said format the card under fat not fat32 and it should work but it never if you figure out how to do it please can some one let me know im going nuts thanks
