V3.1 Upgrade Problem!

Hi guys,
I have upgraded my mapsonic 2.5 with the 3.0 update and it work very fine.
Then I downloaded the patch for version 3.0 to 3.1 but when I start the update the installer say that it will install the upgrade from version 2.5 to 3.0 (that I've already installed).
If I go on with the install then several error appear and I must reinstall the software.
Someone could help me? The viamichelin site say that the patch is only for the 3.0 version....but I have 3.0...I don't understand this problem.
