Not getting fix anymore

I have TomTom 3 running with a standard CF gps card (not entirely sure which one) which has been running spot on since I got it at the start of this year.

However all of a sudden for no reason I can think of (I haven't changed anything in the setup) it can no longer aquire a fix on any satellites. Tried resetting it etc and leaving it on (for over 24 hours outside!) but still nothing.

Anyone experienced anything like this or know anything I can try? At the moment the only thing I can think of is that the card is broken but don't know why it should stop working so suddenly.

can you test it in another PDA. It's the quickest route to find out if it's knackered??

Sorry it's not much help but does seem strange?

I'm just thinking as well are pocket PCs as prone to config changes as much standard PCs? What i mean is, a PC can be fine for weeks... add anew bit of software and somethings just go all screwy for no reason sometimes? Have you added any new software to your pocket PC which may have had a similar effect??
