Can I sell my old TTN2 software?

I recently bought a GO 700 and now do not use my Tomtom Navigator 2 software, including MOWE and BT receiver on my iPaq 5450 PDA. I want to keep my PDA as I use it for other things but as I no longer use the software am I able to sell it? Am I right in assuming once you've bought it you cannot sell on the original CD's etc, even when you have no intention of using it again?

Just my 2 penny's worth.....I think legally the answer is no, but if you have not upgraded to TT3 or TT5, then the software should still be live and it would be able to be registered against another PDA - as long as six months has passed since it was last registered.
