Sad

I recently bought a satnav bundle from Holux UK which included:
- Holux GR-230 BT GPS receiver
- TomTom 3
- Fugawi South & Midlands OS 1:50,000 maps

The setup ran faultlessly until last week when I got this Fatal Error alert code:

DataMgr.c,Line:9529, Index out of range

I'm still working through the problem with TomTom as we speak but the advice I'm getting seems to be hit and miss and I cannot believe how long this problem is taking to get resolved.

Anyone else on here had stability issues with TomTom on the Palm OS and how do you rate their support set-up?

Cheers
Kav

Kav

I've got the T3 with Tomtom Navigator, and get the same error - which is very irritating when you're stuck in the middle of nowhere without any other maps etc..

I'm trying a Palm OS update, but have no great hopes.

On the Tomtom front, (when working) their product is pretty good, but with some obvious drawbacks (no link to contacts is etremely irritating), and I cannot find a speed camera product which works with the software either.

Tomtom's email support is very bad. That is to mean it is extremely bad, and if I had known I would definately not have bought the product. My kit came without 2 leads, and desite several emails I have not even heard from a non automated response (nearly 2 months now).

Good luck with the error.

I have just bought a Tom Tom and I am getting the same. Did you ever manage to resolve it?

I have submitted a question to Tom Tom, but they are very slow responding! I have also tried it with another T3 and getting the same error.

Thanks,
Vicki
