Can't get speed camera data base to work ?

We need to know what GPS software you are using and the basic version. eg TT3,TT5, Navigon etc.

I have just downloaded Speed camera data base, I followed all the instructions . The speed camera data base doesn’t seem to work ( can not see Speed camera on the map or in POI setup. I have Navman GPS4420 and PDA HP IPAQ 2100. When I download the speed camera to my PDA they save onto the PDA , I have copy them into the POI folder on the Memory card and still it doesn’t work. You can not select any buttons on the setup Active POI page on the PDA is this normal . Can any one Help !!!

i have follow the instruction, still can't get the data base to work. when i down load to my device, it save the data base on the pda and not in the Sd card were the POI folder is. Is that normal. i can not see the speed camera data base , when i activate SmartSt V3 and go into setup menu and look in POI Screen is this normal. My POI can not be highlighted in setup menu Active POI, is this normal..
