GPS Disabled

Hi I need help badly. I have purchased a toshiba 350 plus tom tom 2 navigator, installed TT2 successfully twice!!!! and all I get is GPS Disabled .could it be a faulty power lead from the cigarette lighter socket or what

Have you gone into the GPS Info Application and configured your GPS receiver?
