Not enough Free Space on Temp Folder cannot run Setup

Trying to install additional maps for TTN5 on my HP 5450 which already has TTN5 Navigator plus GB Map

and on inserting any of the original product CD's I get the message Not enough free space on Temp Folder Cannot run setup

hae tried restarting the PC, disconnecting and reconnecting the Ipaq, even tried it without the Ipaq connected

Any ideas would be appreciated

I actually found that link earlier and managed to fix it

although I now have a second problem the european map that I added is not selected from the switch map option any ideas ??
