GPSMaryt Leather Case

I am in correspondence with the supplier re the case for my GPSmart. This is far too tight and if you force the unit into the case (as the supplier seems to think is normal) it pushes down one of the buttons making the unit lock up. Has anyone else had the same fault - if so what was the resolution? Or has anyone successfully used the case on their units?
