POI / Traffic cam add on for Medion Navigator 4 - AMN?

Hi Folks

I have seen postings referring to AMN that overlays POI (points of interest including taffic cams) info for GPSs

Does this actually work well? – looks almost too good.

I have a Medion PC ver 4.2 (model MDPNA100) running Medion Navigator 4.

If I am reading it right this will be an add on that runs within the GPS and alerts me to various POIs – and the database can also be kept up to date?

If this is not the case, is there S/w that can do this?
