Hi there guys,
I can't seem to get the seed camera warnings working on TTN5, any ideas??
Any help would be highyl appreciated and many thanx in advance.

Is that a problem that related to using TT5 horizontally or vertically?
Either way, have a read of the 'Sticky' towards the start of this forum titled: How to install (camera database) POIs to TomTom Navigator 5.
To return to the topic: as 'horizontal' appears to be favourite I'll give it a try on my trip to France starting later today. |

You seem to have stumbled into the wrong thread.
Anyway I was really looking forward to landscape mode and tried it for a while but have gone back to portrait for now. |

I personally keep my TT5 in landscape, I modified my cradle to accept my Loox 720 this way. Why? well when driving, I like to know where each left/right turn will take me, I can see what's ahead of me by looking through the windscreen.
That's just my opinion, I know people who use it in portrait to maximise the viewing area. But then, that's why TomTom has it as an option, and not by forcing people to use one or the other. |
