TomTom 5 Keypad problems on XDA iis

Hiya, I am going mad, I have a XDA iis O2, have just purchased the TTN 5 Bluetooth, it works fine however, when I try to Nav a route I do not get the keypad to show, so I am unable to use the full service especially postcodes, also my PDA has a pull out keypad, when I use this its OK for words but when I try to use numbers, pressing the function key gives a accented n and I am unable to skip back to delete!!!

Help please.

there has already been posts about this? im the same someone said tomtom are releasing an update soon thats about it..
