There is only one phone/PDA/GPS.
It is from HP. I do not remember the model number.

If you are talking about phones with so called built in GPS. There are plenty. But they are not the GPS as we talk about here.
They are AGPS for use with locations based services which you have to pay subscriptions to use.
It does not seems that any company is providing such service, anywhere in the world so far.

Though there are reports that some of the Motorola phones do have "read" GPS built in.

These are extremely rare. What you probably want is a bluetooth phone and a seperate GPS receiver, this is quite a common arrangement and not too pricey.

The Motorola A1000 claims to have built in GPS but i have never seen one before. Reading more into reviews it does say its Assisted GPS as mentioned above.
I've used tomtom, route 66 and wayfinder on a Nokia 7610 with a Bluetooth Receiver and they all seemed to work pretty well!
