No help here, but I'm in exactly the same boat!

Running IPAQ 4150, BT77 & TTN5

Can show a GPS signal via testing s/w I downloaded, but can't get TT to work! Doesn't matter what port I select in TT.

Someone help! I'm really going to need it set-up for Tues (long drive ahead!)

Set gps to Other cable NMEA GPS wired, baudrate of 38400, then Bluetooth serial port COM5.
Make sure you have paired the 4150 and the bt77 previously.
Works fine on mine now, with the initial fix taking less than 25 secs each day.

I've just bought a Nemerix chipset BT GPS receiver which I'm having similar problems trying to set up. I have 3 PDAs, each of which can pair with the receiver, but cannot get TomTom to recognise it...

I've tried the above settings and still it comes up No GPS device... HELP !!!

(By the way, I'm not using a SD card, just a CF card)
