Up to date points of interest HELP !!!

I have TTN5 and have looked at two websites that show points of interest , however they are nearly five years old !!! Are there any new ones on a website that i am missing. Please help

Also I am off to Italy soon and have the map on the TTN5 package for italy , but I need to download some points of interest , the two websites I have mentioned only have four poi in total , help !!! One of the ones i have already looked at is on this site , pocketgpsworld and the other one is on the tomtom site.
