been looking around the forums on how to get navman jacket working on my 3970 and came across Tim Buxtons advice to another member and thanks tim now working. But and yes there is a but .
The signal is very weak, "cannot find a valid sat" message all the time, how many of the bars have to show a signal before TT will work ?
It is very cloudy today, would this have a big effect on the signal.
Thanks
you need at least 3 so it can triangulate your position, where is the PDA positioned in the car, outside? _________________ Regards

From experience. i have tt3 and AA nav on my 3970, TT is fine but AA nav has similar problems to yours. i suspect it may be a problem with the program talking to the sleeve. _________________ Ipaq 3970, Ipaq 2210 X2, Smart ST V1, Tomtom V3+V5, CoPilot V5, AA Navigator, Tomtom Bluetooth GPS, Navman 3450i Jacket, Navman Bluetooth GPS, Holux GM270, Fortuna GPS-PocketXtrack
