Help Tom tom not starting!

I am having a problem with tom tom on a XDA 2, it was working fine and then all of a sudden when i was looking up a address to go, it froze and from snice then it will not start up! i have even re installed it all but still nothing!, i need to get this working as its not mine, i have borrowed from a member of my family! so any help would be great!

uh, you are in trouble. Because to get it running again you have to delete the config file... and all their settings will be gone... Happy explaining.
