Fortuna Clip on and Ipaq 4150

I have an Ipaq 4150 pda and a Fortuna clip on gps. It has been working fine until yesterday when it wouldn't lock onto anything so i rebooted the pda and i think i pressed the power button at the same time,antway i lossed all my settings on my pda and it wipped off my tomtom software so i re-installed it today but it will not find the gps. I set the settings in tomtom 3 to NMEA 0183v2 38400 - Bluetooth Serial Port COM6 ,you can see it searching for it but it never locks onto anything now. Can anyone please help. Is there anyway of testing it??????

I got the same hardware setup except I am running Tom Tom 5 Navigator.

Since you have done a hard reset of the Ipaq did you "pair" the Fortuna and the PDA once again? Do that from the Bluetooth manager and then try.

My setup used to connect on port 6 so try that port first after pairing the devices. If that does not work you can try the different port settings.

Also try turning Bluetooth on Ipaq via the Bluetooth Manager before starting the Navigator.
