Whats the point, Medion MD95900

I am a novice to sat nav can somebody tell me the benefits of accessing the WinCE OS, can you put word docs into documents folder, what can go in favorites?
What else can you do?

Think of it this way, you buy a PC but when you start it all you can see on the screen are three icons.

1.Settings
2.MP3 Player
3.SatNav

Usefull enough, but waht if you could access the OS (Windows XP) think what the possibilities are, you could play games, write letters, view movies and more, assuming that is you have the right programs loaded on your PC.

Thus by accessing the OS on, for example a Medion MD95900 MDPNA, you give yourself (assuming you load the right programs) access to a host of fun toys. Movie players, diaries, etc.

Could Somone Please give me the names of some apps that will run on Windows CE.

All the ones I can find only run on pocket PC etc...

I posted the orginal question, I understand a bit more now.
How do you get the applications, and can you copy documents (list of names + address)from PC to device?
