they dispatched mine via ups two day delivery
you can track the transit of the parcel via the net
you might have to go to the ups main site as the link tt provided didnt work

Got a reply from TomTom today saying my order wasn't in the shipping lists yet, then mysteriously a couple of hours later I get the invoice, and the payment status has gone to 'captured', which allegedly means it's on it's way?
What a coincidence |

Ordred mine on the 28th june, captured by UPS thursday 7th july, expect delivery Monday 11th. Mine was for the 7710. Maybe there are different waiting times depending on which platform you have ordered it for. |

Today i received an e-mail invoice from TT and my payment status is shown as captured..
Does this mean i an about to get a delivery? |

Ordered mine on the 24-06-2005
Since then it's been at status: Authorised Warehouse
Enquired where my order was and was told on the 06-07-2005 that they would 'expedite the order'
Since then, It still hasn't been sent,
Worst still, Navicore now has a 2-3 DAY delivery,
Plus! I'd get a free phone holder,
If I don't get it soon, then I will have to cancel my order,

That's all I've got - the email invoice and 'Captured' status. Which allegedly means it's been shipped according to the website.
But the shipping status still says 'Warehouse'. I'm hoping it might go out the door today.
laich71, how long was it between you getting your email invoice and getting a UPS tracking number?

I've emailed TT to ask for my UPS tracking number, seeing as nothing's happened.
Probably another 5 days before I get a reply like last time.... :x |

I reckon you're right...
I got a reply - it only took two hours - wow! - saying they haven't got a shipping number yet, but one will appear on my account when it's shipped.
So why set the payment status to imply it has been shipped - Grr...
Sounds sad, but I imagine the warehouse to be like the one in the Indiana Jones movie, when they store the Ark at the end of the film. Must be if it takes this long, |
