bouht nav 4 off auction site brand new,took it out of box read instructions had 2 register 2 get activation code ,no serial number that works on there site,phoned navigon up,they said serial begins with 4,tried email the person i bouht it off 6 times so far no answer ,so just wondering if activation code is same 4 all navigon 4,anybody want 2 give me there code 2 try ,£300 pound down drain,thanks

You could have bought it in the shop for the same price!!!!! *
and if a problem developted you could have taken it back.
DON'T ask for codes you won't get it.
Besides as you have realised most of them, if not all, are hardware locked.
The only thing I can suggest is to send proof of purchase to the software manufacter and explain your problem.
