Green Square not visible

I have a Medion MDPPC250 with Medion Navigator 2004.

Have sucessfully paid for and downloaded POI-Warner 2 - medion navigator 4, installed it OK. But when I click "Start monitoring" on Navigator 4 it starts the navigator software Ok but the GREEN square does not show. And it goes without saying that the POI warner is not working.

I have sent an email out to the support team but they have not yet come back to me. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Solly

Have you activated your OVERLAYS, POIS MONITORED and POIS VISUALISED. You should see them ticked if you start POI-Warner2 first. If not click on POI-Manager icon at the bottom of the screen then on POI-settings then on Overlay settings you will then see on the top right of the screen a grey box with +/- click on this and then click on the bottom of the screen Select all your POIs will then have a tick on them. I am assuming you have downloaded the POIs you want.

Thanks John for for advice: I have just checked and all seems to be in order. It is really strange to me I have read the manual for POIWarner2 and tried all what has been reccomended. However no joy :x :x
