After doing some research I found that Sanjeev Ashar is the registered director of Vivo Technologies and PDAMODS (and presumably also runs ebay nex_gensales, Rikaline UK etc - all the firm people have been having problems with).

His full name is SANJEEV KUMAR ASHAR.
