Hmmm - Ok

I've taken a look at the site. Then I took another look because I didn't really believe what I was seeing.

1. Yes it looks like Mapexport has gone - does this mean you have to load an ENTIRE country in one go now and switch the maps manually. Major step back IMHO.

2. Clevermap - how much? (double take) HOW MUCH? I mean come on what's special about Navigon map data? it comes from one of the two main suppliers.

3. What's this May 15th deadline for upgrades? oh yes TOM TOM release V5 around then. So we get threatened to buy the upgrade before a date when the software can even be shipped.

Is anyone (and I mean anyone) going to publish a review on this software because unless it's something special against TOM TOM 5 I'm switching.

Time permitting I will publish a review on the OnCourseNavigator 5 once it is out (MN|5 for the North American market).

Your comments are valid, there are a number of other questionable design decisions in this release... We will have to see if and how Navigon will react to the public outcry.

I have been a supporter of Navigon, but no more, no map export, no full post code search, looks expensive to upgrade, Goodbye Navigon, Hello TomTom.
