Installing onto a new sd card problems!!

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can point me in the right direction, I,ve just bought a larger sd card and wanted to put my tt onto the new card , i have all the codes so i thought it would be straightforward (stupid me).

This is what i've done and my problem.

Formatted the sd card using fat system, and reset my palm to factory reset.

Using the original tt disk installed tt to the palm and carried out a sync as instructed.
I then installed the map of gb to the sd card, seems simply enough, and entered the activation code when i started tt up on my palm.

It worked for about 2 minutes and now everytime i switch it on i get the error message "Armcode not allocated".

Any ideas how to fix this? or is the card at fault.

upgrade your palm OS - there are issues with certain SD cards and the patch on the palm site will fix this. This is especially pervilant with the scandisk cards.

I just got a USB card reader and copied and pasted into the same area of the card where the POI's are stored (Maps section)

That was after copy and pasting all the files to my new and higher memory card.

I also get the error message "Armcode not activated". Can anyone advise where the link for the OS patch is or am I doing something else wrong?
I have installed the software several times but still get the same message.
