Hi,bought a bt338 from them recently(over the phone)good experience,if there aftercare is as good(touch wood no experience)i will be even more delighted.

ps Craig i know you will read this,with want i said about Li ion Battery's they are the best type around at present, but wanted know i could get one down the line as like i said even if not used at all they only perform at peak performance for a few years.
