Im very sad just got it last week went on trip to san francisco i was very pleased with tomtom performance with my IMATE JAM.
I HAD to hard reset my jam to update . now i cant find the CD#4 For california
where i can download.. do i have to buy the all package again????.
please advise

You can send a proof of purchase to TomTom and ask them to resend you the CD.
They are at
