I would think so, technically I believe they are used as nav aids now, but I'm not sure it would be allowed, on a commercial flight, many electronic things are not, for security and interferance reasons

I have used my GPS-V on a number of flights, it's pretty cool.

Wow, that is some heated thread! I took my GPS V onto a flight once, and got to go in the cockpit. Naturally I took the GPS with me and you'll never guess what the Co Pilot had perched on the "dash"! No, not aV, but a 3 Pilot, instead. _________________ Tim |
