IBM to equip all UAE cars with GPS and tracking device

So IBM think that they have the technology to track us ? This somehow forgets the principle that some of the population dont want to be tracked and as our beloved government still cant control about 1 million vehicles in the UK with regards to tax insurance etc. then as usual it will only be those who obey the rules who get clobbered. As the UK already has one sixth of the worlds surveilance cameras it begs the question as to why only 2% of reported crimes lead to a conviction. That is unless you are a fairly law abiding motorist where the slightest infringement brings out the big guns. Can somebody please tell me why nearly all first time offenders get a caution except for the motorist. If we accept this new type of surveilance in our cars then how long will it be before it is applied to the individual. Implants under the skin at birth?? The trouble is that those who make the rules dont live in our world. The person responsible for all road traffic safety including speed limits in Northamptonshire DOESN'T DRIVE !!!!! Says it all.
