Can't download Europe maps

Hi all, got CoPilot with my T mobile SDA II for free and was well impressed so I bought the Europe map upgrade but I'm having real problems downloading.

I want to put a large section of Europe on. I have a 1gig mini SD card and a card reader. All goes well till I get to the downloading street names bit on data download wizzard then it tells me there is not enough memory.


The area I want is 748.6 m and the avail space is 952.7 m. I can download the UK and France (274.8 m) OK and thats fine for my May jaunt on the bike to France but I need the bigger picture for my Alps run.

Can't wait for ALK support cos' I go in August and that only gives them 4 months to respond.
