No one seems to have got my sort of Software on SatNav. But just in case, maybe someone could help me how to sort this out, any ideas where to start, how to proceed with pocketGPSworld camera database?
I wish I would ravel as you do in the camera database comfort

Hi there,
What hardware are you using? Is this a bundle, or did you buy Navigon separately? _________________ Mike Barrett |

This is not intended as an instruction on how to use the PocketGPSWorld (PGPSW) camera database with your SatNav set-up. It is purely an explanation of the camera database |

This topic is getting really un-wieldy. Pity it wasn't locked after the first post so it could be kept as a reference.... |

ok, i'm not really really simple i'm just a bit confused. I have just downloaded the speed camera database, the one that is consolidated by type so i can have diff sounds for diff speed cameras (hopefully i got that right) but where / how do i put it onto my tomtom? can i just add it anywhere or does it have to be in a certain folder?
i have folders suck as voices, itn, schemes, licences, script, tomtom cfg, western europe map ???
My fiends r fed up of me bugging them about it, thought one of you very intelligent ppl could help me ???

They go (individually) in your map folder.
Have you looked at what you get in the download? There should be a file called _Need_Help.htm. Double click on that and it should open in your browser, and give you links to all the help files (or you can go straight to them using the links in the boxes on the left of this page). |

Not stoopid.... You're not the first (by a very long way), and you certainly won't be the last to need a bit of help getting started. |
