CoPilot can't find data on my Xda2 storage card

"CoPilot is unable to open. Please make sure the compactflash card is inserted or the data has been properly downloaded". This is the message I often get on my Xda2 using a 1Gb Kingston SD storage card. The problem is cured by soft resetting the Xda2. I have noticed that the storage card size is sometimes listed as 14.57 Mb not 1Gb. Any suggestions as to how I can prevent this problem. Thanks

Do you have other permanent storage areas on the XDA II ? Those may confuse CoPilot because it normally expects "Storage Card" and not "Storage Card 1" or "SD Card" etc.

(Eventually this is a programming mistake (also called assumption) that needs to be fixed in CoPilot)

There is only the 1Gb SD card installed but when I open the Xda2 settings/memory, the "storage card" option often shows "total storage card memory" as 14.57Mb rather than the 1Gb. Soft resetting corrects this. The fault also seems to happen if the device has been running for a long time.
