navman 3400/TTN3

Hi all,
i am wanting to buy and use TTN3 sofware using my ipaq 3630 and navman 3400 jacket, i have been told that the software wont work unles i download some drivers/dll's, could someone help me by giving me some clear (idiots guide) instructions on how to succesfully install tom tom 3 on the 3400 sleeve please, or at least point me in the direction of where i can find out on how to do this
