how to add poi's

hi all, I have an ipaq (cant remember the model but is about 18months old) and i am running the medion navigator 4.2 because I got sick of my tomtom locking up and I wanted european maps. Anyway, Is there an easy way to download and add POI's? The only thing i hate about medion navigator is the total lack of POI. its great for petrol stations or macdonalds buts thats it.

I would like to be able to put al theme parks in etc,(it hasn't even got eurodisney) I dont need to be warned about them getintg close, but I would like to be able to plot a route to alton towers or eurodisney without knowing the address.....
