Had a faulty Holux CR100. E mailed totalpda support replied swiftly with rma no. Mine received by them on Mon 24th new one sent on 25th arrived on the 26th. Excellent customer support.

PS Spoke with Graham in Holux customer service prior to sending mine back - excellent service with them as well, tried different solutions thought we had it fixed but then went t*ts up again. Grahams closing line was 'if the fault returns send the unit back'. Did and see above.

PPS I think I must have had the first faulty CR100

i called totalpda, spoke to a nice lady who gave me some great advise and i ended up with a go, exactly what i wanted. I cannot remember the ladys name but she was very helpful and got my order to me the next day. Good service from an internet based company as i am very warey of buying online as you hear so many horror stories.
