Free bluetooth topographical software

Hi people,
I've had trouble getting this type of software to work with my setup (Orange M2000 (same as XDA2) and clip on GPS, currently running tomtom).

My requirements are:
Able to use any image (e.g. bmp,jpeg,etc)
Can calibrate the map from PDA
Will work with my gps system (it seems that some of these have problems with tomtom and bluetooth
Free (or nearly!)

Any suggestions?

LocBrowser does what you want.

(and you need to change your TomTom GPS driver to 2.07)
