TomTom car kit

I am trying to get the TomTom car kit for my Dell X50v. The problem I have is that I know nothing about PDA's let alone the Dell X50v. The only models under Dell are Axiem X3, X3i and X5. Am I right in thinking that I need a X5 for my X50v or is a X5 a completely different model?

I have been looking all over for a TomTom car kit for my Dell X50v. I don’t think they do one, yet I thought the X50v was a very popular model. I have emailed TomTom so I do hope that I can get one that’s compatible.

One very annoying thing is that all internet shops say refer to the TomTom home page for compatibility information yet I can’t find any.
