Problem with iCN635 powering off after 20 minutes

I started using my new iCN 635 for the first time over the weekend but am experiencing a very very annoying problem. The unit works beautifully for about 20 minutes (the 3D image is just so much easier to read than the flat 2D) and then just powers itself off and will not power up again unless i leave it off for about 10-15 minutes. This happens when in the car using the power from one of the power outlets in the car and also happens when using the 240 volt adapter.
Anyone else experience this 'feature'

There have been a few people reflecting this on the iCN630's in the past and it's been down to a faulty unit, I would suggest contacting the retailer or Navman direct.

Update on the problem I reported above:
Sent the 635 back and the replacement 635 works like a dream.

I had a number of problems with my icn 635 including the fact that it would power itself off after 10-20 mins (sometimes seconds!). I sent it backt o Navman, am currently awaiting a replacement.
