Haicom Bluetooth Slipper - Battery Charger Question

Hi everyone,

I've recently purchased a HI-303S with the BT slipper. When charging the LED light on the slipper stays green, and I don't know when the battery is charged. I have left it on for >16 hrs.

Is it supposed to change colour or somehow indicate when the battery is charged

Well on mine after use when set to charge the light is red, and goes green when complete. Whilst I'm not quite sad enough to watch it charge when passing it after it had been charging a while I think the colour had gone orangey (i.e. it was moving towards green), but don't quote me on this!

Will it work? If so try using it for a while (I understand it will run a good few hours before going flat), and then charge it and see if the light changes. If needs be just push the CF card in to switch it on and just leave it a couple of hours.

I've noticed some oddities in the Haicom stuff, on my 303E the red led flashes whilst trying to get a fix, and is steady once fixed, whilst the 303MMF does the opposite. Very confusing when I first used before reading the book!!
