PocketWAW for Topo Maps of NZ

Anyone interested in finding topographic map software for NZ -

Have just purchased a product called PocketWAR, which is a moving map program containing topographic maps of NZ. The coverage is very good and contains 4 levels of maps, right down to street level for most of the towns and cities. It also has a searchable directory of street names.

It has GPS and GPRS support, so you can download your maps as you go or you can purchase the full catalog (450MB) on CD or download when you purchase it. The cost is about 80 NZ dollars with the maps.

It's a work in progress and the author is still adding features to it and has great communication with his customers. So if you are going to NZ and need some GPS software, this is good choice, in fact there is very little else in the way of topo software for this region, which makes this a gem.
