Resetting a GPS-6020

I have missed my GPS receiver for three weeks now and it has just returned to me. The receiver failed to work for more than a few minutes, and the message that was sent with the returned product, was: "Product was not defect, a soft reset was enough". I've got no idea how I should perform a soft reset on the GPS receiver. Can anybody help me about this? It would be great if I could perform this thing instead of missing the device for three weeks and even paying money after the guarantee has been expired.

Programs like Crux_View or WinFast Navigator can do the soft reset for you.

Thank you. I didn't know the existance of these programs. I've installed both of them and will check them out tomorrow in the outside. Got to sleep now Smile
