Navman 4400 Bluetooth

Hi all



I came across this to day.

It looks good if it will work. It would save having to cary the Ipaq and the 3400 jacket around.



I am unable to find any mention of it on the Navman website or on any GPS sites.

Now that does look good. Very tempted to get this especially with my iPAQ3970. Press release states availability from May which I assume would be in the US, anyone know when it's likely to hit the UK stores?

The GPS 4400 is the latest addition to the Navman GPS range, providing more than 10 hours continuous use. It is expected to be released towards the end of May, and will work with most BlueTooth devices, including the new Tungsten T, Laptop PC's with a bluetooth interface and Tablet PC's.

Absolutely, 100% silly question . We have requested a preview version, but you don't always get what you ask for, we'll have to wait and see.

Just had an email from Navman in the UK. Aparently their Bluetooth GPS receiver on it's own will be on sale around May/June this year.



The complete bluetooth solution will be on sale around July time. I'm assuming this is inclusive of the map software.



I've asked about possible discounts for existing customers, waiting for a reply.
