navman V 3 maps

I just bought a navman pin with navmanSmartST v3 software. It says on th box that the software has been pre-registered, and when installing, just leave the pruduct key fields empty, but all I get is error E00021 invalid product key. can anyone help?

It SHOULD have been pre-installed and registered but if a SNAFU has occurred then just go to the Navman site and re-register it.

make sure you have BOTH Reg keys handy - there's one for the Software and one for the Maps.

Make sure your PDA is connected via ActiveSync on the PC you are accessing the Navman site on the Internet.

It's a simple process.

I didn't get any keys, all it says on the box is that they are pre-registered
