TomTom One V3 Question

I need someone to help me on this issue.

First off I don't take my Tom Tom out of my car because I park in the garage and only drive to work.

So anway, the power is always connected to it, now I set it to always shut off screen, so when I shut off my car it turns off.. but when I put back on my car THE SCREEN wont turn on?!! I have to Touch it!! is there a work around?

Also the UNIT turns off complety after 3 hrs of standby.. anyworkaround by that? and no the battery is not dead allmost full bar when I turn it back on.

Remember my setting is at "Turn screen off always"
