Just bought one of these off of ebay, after my last gps was nicked along with my car :x
Anyway this thing is much smaller than the Navman 4100 I had before almost as small as the 3 rechargeable AAA batteries that come with it. Must be the smallest bluetooth receiver I've seen.
The accuaracy seems just as good as the navman and setting it up was a breeze. Although I've not fully tested it as I've only had it for one day, it seems to perform just as good, if not better than the Navman! :D
Anyone else got this and what are your thoughts. I've not seen this anywhere else.

Yes I got one but have sent it back due to it not holding it's charge, warm time could be 3 mins+ and left on charge the bluetooth would fail after awhile??? |

I have just bought one of these off ebay, & getting a fix... Well the 1 i have got has only managed to do it twice in the 2 days that i've had it. & then tomtom keeps saying £GPS position unreliable".
I sat outside in the car, and must have been there 20 mins before getting bored with waiting foe the poxy thing.
I'm seriously thinking of getting the guy to give me a refund & try one of the more reliable devices mentioned in the reveiws on this site.
I have tried quite a few times with it now. Even sticking on a table in the middle of the garden. No good. 15mins and still did not have a fix.
Perhaps with these 1's it's just hit & miss as to whether you get a good 1 or not? |
